i-REXFO project presentation at Copenhagen University

Last October, the i-REXFO project was presented to Global Nutrition and Health students at Copenhagen University. The topics discussed touched on food safety, the search for new levels of efficiency in the Food System and the future of food production towards reducing the environmental impact. Also in Copenhagen, i-REXFO has turned its gaze towards a sustainable life through awareness-raising and information activities, which are essential for combating food waste in a conscious way!
