These are the results achieved by the TO GOOD TO GO movement, thanks to the APP that allows restaurants, supermarkets, pastry shops and hotels to sell the advanced food that would be thrown away at the end of the day.

The coordinator of the movement Philippe Schuler, in the interview published on Youtube a few days ago, explains how this idea has transformed millions of meals destined to be wasted, into food purchased at low cost and consumed, producing profits for companies and helping to reduce the environmental pollution.
