Between sustainability and waste reduction

What is the value of food from an economic, ethical and cultural point of view?

How much does food waste weigh on the economy of our country?

These and many others are the topics that will be treated on February 18th from 4 to 6.00 pm at the exclusive convention of Cancelloni Food Service "A Porte Aperte" of Umbriafiere, where experts, chefs, distributors and non-profit organizations will try to define approaches and strategies for reduction of food waste.

The round table on "THE VALUE OF FOOD BETWEEN SUSTAINABILITY AND REDUCTION OF WASTE", in collaboration with Regusto, will be moderated by the journalist Enrico Fontana and will see the participation, among others, of Prof Francesco Fantozzi of the University of Perugia in the presentation of the i-Rexfo project, Alfonso Dragone representing the Diocesan Caritas of Perugia, Francesca di Maolo, President of the Serafico Institute of Assisi, Ludovica Principato of Barilla Foundation and Giampiero Rasimelli, Umbria Jazz Foundation.
