i-REXFO events - Dolci d'Italia

i-REXFO is always at the forefront of fighting food waste! i-REXFO participated at Dolci d'Italia the event that took place in Spoleto from 3 to 5 December 2021 the sweets of Italy proposing, in collaboration with the Food Blogger Rosalinda Ciarletti and Chef Annalisa Benedetti, two recipes against food waste.

Saturday 4th December in the show cooking which took place from 11.00 to 12.00 the food blogger of Sanoitsgood prepared Ciokkomelanzana, a new way to cook leftovers with original combinations! On Sunday 5th December Chef Anna Lisa Benedetti, as part of the i-REXFO project, explained and prepared Tartufini misery and nobility, a new way to make desserts with leftover bread, how to fight food waste.
